Return & Refund Policy

For returns and refunds before shipment, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Refunds submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

All sales are final. Echo Exhaust does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a verified product defect or an error on our part.

In the event of a product issue, the customer must notify Echo Exhaust immediately. Returns will only be considered after review and written authorization by Echo Exhaust. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Products authorized for return must be shipped back in original or equivalent protective packaging.

Echo Exhaust reserves the right to inspect all returned products. Signs of wear, installation, or use do not automatically disqualify a return, provided the product issue is verified and authorization was granted in advance.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Echo Exhaust error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Echo Exhaust reserves the right to deny any return or refund request not complying with the above terms.
